The digital marketing landscape and toolbox that is available to small businesses has grown rapidly over the past 10 years and navigating this world effectively can be a great challenge. This course is designed to help you understand how to approach quickly and effectively establishing the digital footprint for your company or brand online.

We will provide guidance on where you could specifically start and how you can manage your priorities and time effectively in order to get the most out of a digital marketing strategy.
In addition to a great educational workshop on digital marketing, we will also be hosting a networking event for all attendees before and after the workshop. Come early and meet fellow entrepreneurs, mentors, coaches, and other local professionals who are dedicated to supporting the local small business community in SE Wisconsin.

About the Presenter:
Brian Alves
SCORE SE Wisconsin, Volunteer Small Business Mentor & Digital Marketing Committee Chairperson
Brian Alves has over a decade of sales and marketing experience in the construction industry
and has led various cross function teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for a
global consumer goods manufacturer. He specializes in customer and market research, creating and
executing strategies for business expansion, and developing sales and marketing plans to drive results
and continued customer engagement.
Brian volunteers with SCORE SE Wisconsin as a Certified Small Business Mentor and the Chairperson of
the Digital Marketing Committee. Leveraging his business and marketing experience, he has helped
dozens of local small business owners define the most important business objectives for their current
situation and the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve them. As the Chairperson of the Digital
Marketing Committee, he has developed a foundation of fundamental digital marketing skills which
have become essential to supporting small business growth across a broad range of industries.
