I am an action oriented leader who has worked as an internal HR leader for more than 20 years in a rapidly growing small to mid-sized B2C and B2B retail and distribution organization. I have influenced organization effectiveness through job design, organizational structure, talent acquisition, onboarding, and total rewards. I have supported company and individual goals through succession planning, assessment facilitation, training and workshops, performance planning, and individual and group coaching.
During that time, I also worked with, trained and advised independent franchise owners regarding HR/labor issues, as well as leadership, communication and development.
I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations pivot and achieve meaningful results along their growth journey. I partner with leaders and teams to help organizations select, engage and develop talent that is equipped for the continually changing world of work. I believe my experience as a corporate executive, my extensive knowledge of HR, and my leadership development and coaching skills will assist other business owners to be successful.
